Heeeelp!!! want to gain weight and become fit

I'm very thin. Can you give me some advice in order to gain weight and muscles? I'm 1,67 m high and weigh 46kg. What should I do?

Try eating 5-6 meals a day all with a bunch of carbs, around 50 g per meal and 25 g of protein if possible. Lift 5 days a week (different muscle group everyday). This should get you on the right path!
