Hi, im new. I am 13 turning 14 next month. I look Lot older than i am. I am about 5'9 and about 142lbs. I dont have a scale at home so i rarely get to weigh myself. I am looking for any toning,slimming, butt workouts. I hope to lose at least 10lbs. Now i have have eating problems in the past, but it wasn't very serious. I would like to start getting in shape and just working out more. My track season just ended so im not used to not working out everyday. It would be great if any of you could introduce yourselves and maybe give me some tips.
