Try loosen and lengthen one....... Strech, do yoga and eat well
This will extend and stretch your spinal core to make you look taller
Sleeping early is a good way to gain the most height possible.I don't know something else that works.Also hanging from a bar is good.
Since your 14 (me too) you still have some ways to go. You should avoid caffiene at all costs. Ok a chocolate now and then want kill you, but Coffee and other caff foods drinks should avoided. Stunts growth.
Try everything. Stretch , eat well, sleep well , exercise and don't give up. Many little things will soon amount to one big thing. Good luck.
Green tea, red bush tea or most herbal teas don't contain caffeine and are high in antioxidants. My favourite is red bush, we call it rooibos in South Africa.
Once you get your period you tend not to grow as much. Posture exercises my add an inch or so but odds of you growing over 5'5" are slim because around the time a girl gets her period the growth plates harden. However you will grow an inch or two. But I take hormones for my hypothyroidism and they are grown hormones and it is common for girls to develop but you will be happy whatever height you turn out.
That's an old wives tale about caffeine. Not true!
