Help from experienced!
So I'm a pretty small person being only 110 lbs and 5'1 but I want to tone up. Its so hard for me to make time to exercise regularly cuz I work and go to school. Normally I'll stick to it for like a week at a time but then ill stop cuz I get busy. I really want to tone my core, arms and thighs so any advice would be great!
Be active as you can whole day. Sleep well. Eat healthy. Walk walk walk ..don't eat late night.
Just do this. And you'll lose fats. Sure if you do regular workouts even for short time. It'll help a lot because as much muscle you gain as much and faster you burn u your fats.
Try Hiit workouts. 10 min or do but it you'll sweat a lot :-)
