I've been trying to lose weight for over 2 years and I weigh 131 I exercise then I give up can I please have some advice/ tips

I used to weigh 170 lbs I'm am now at 150 lbs but my goal is to get to 124. I kept eating everything I wanted I just started eating in portions, and I kept up with cardio workouts. I do mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and I walk every other day, and also do a light jog if I feel up to it. Bit I also wear a belly burner it helps me sweat a lot. Just excersis won't make u loose weight you also need good diet. Eat alot of protein and fiber. Vegetables avoid oil salt sugar fast foods etc c
