Help keep on track
Hey guys,I need help. I am not usually into exercising but I really need to get in shape. I really want to get in shape before college and i try to workout. The problem is that I don't stick to it. So I need help. Just someone to talk to and help me keep on track. Thx.
Dude, I can message you everyday with a mr. T type, git ya ass up and lift something foo! But honestly that will not help you. At the end of the day you need to want it, you need to feen for the muscle burn.
