Hey guys,I need help. I am not usually into exercising but I really need to get in shape. I really want to get in shape before college and i try to workout. The problem is that I don't stick to it. So I need help. Just someone to talk to and help me keep on track. Thx.

Well first you can ask yourself why you're doing it and making it a reasonable reason so you can think this is what I want I'm gonna do that even if it takes time .. And just think about how you want to look becoming a better version of you never compare yourself to others because you don't know what you're capable of doing unless you try and second only focus on this day not tommorow or the next day after tommorow I understand you'll be like oh it's not coming fast enough but I understand I've been working out...

Dude, I can message you everyday with a mr. T type, git ya ass up and lift something foo!  But honestly that will not help you. At the end of the day you need to want it, you need to feen for the muscle burn.
