So what can I do to lift my butt?

Loads of squats, basically, and anything that gets you on the ground lifting your legs and keeping them there, this app has loads of good butt workouts ;) good luck

Do wall sits work?

Well, wall sits will work your thighs and abs more, not quite ur butt, but's an awesome exercise.

Hey Jay

Squats are excellent and throw in some dumbbell lunges too.

But looking at your avatar, it doesn't seem like your butt needs a lot of lifting.....
