How to burn more calories

So i need to burn at least 800 calories\day any TIPS?

Look at the burn for the workouts you've done so far. For instance, if you logged a 10 minute workout at Casual level, you can see about how many calories you burn at your current weight. Then you can calculate how many minutes you should work out to meet your goal. Keep in mind that the calories burned is an estimate based on your weight, height, and age.

I read that you don't start to burn calories until you've worked out for at least 10 minutes so just push threw it and   Motivate yourself.
