Okay. I'm not really the sporty type of girl...
So I ending up doing colorguard
(Colorguard is flags,sabers,rifle, and dance)
Its sorta a sport..
Im debating if I should continue to do it because I really want to loose weight.
I think u should bc I was the same like u and I did it I lost 8 for 4 months so im.very happy with my body now
The best thing is to register for a sport that you like.
With enough passion, you will start wanting to go to the gym and becoming more active to improve your performance in the sport you've registered to.
I do weight loss and tone up workouts.I have see amazing results!We can be workout buddies or something if that would help you and motivate you ^_^ :)
