You should try working on your core and bottom. You could also try yoga hip opening exercises if you think your hips are not wide enough. If nothing else helps even if you try all you can think of, you could choose to go for waist training with corsets. It'll give you the hourglass figure you want, but you might regret it when you're older as it changes the position of your ribs and organs. Good luck!
