I was just wondering if you can hurt rather than help yourself by working out every day. I don't do any weightlifting or really intense exercises, but I still want to make sure I won't be harming myself here.
I also want to know if working out more than once a day (again, nothing intense) could be bad for you.
I always had this question. But ever since I workout each day. Not the same muscle groups have to add. But with a good night rest you have enough time to recover
Well I work out everyday I don't like rest days to much either I work out on here are I do my own thing I've worked out 200 days constant everyday before in the past but now I'm back at it again but understand these were only bodyweight exercises it is dangerous to lift weights everyday I think of it as this way I breathe every day I eat everyday why can't I work out everyday I love working out and why would I do without something I love don't push yourself too hard just listening to your body you know how you feel better than anyone else well good luck stay healthy and fit
