Im a girl so dont be sexist or anything but i have really good abd they are perfect (ps i have high confidence :-) i work out everyday i do crunches sit ups i lay on my side and do sit ups keep doing fhis until you have abs good luck dude

Please take my advice i have better abs than boys at my school run evryday to tone your body you dont want just abs be string everywhere

Try crunches and different kinds of crunches...all of them will surely help you :D

Bycicle crunches, roman twists, v-ups, and planks!!
