A few months ago I got a concussion and ever since have gotten lazy and have let all of my hard work go to waste. Does anyone have any advice on helping me get back in shape and on track?

Make really small goals to start with, like walk down the street and back. Clean your room while listening to music and dance a little while you do it, take the garbage or recyclables out everytime. Sweep or vacuum everyday. Write down the little things you do as you reach a goal and watch your progress grow.

It is difficult to comeback from such cmplications. However you can get back to your old self by doing the smallest things right. Start off by doing 2 - 10 minute workout and progress, add the intensity level constantly and mix up you workouts in order for your body to not get used to it. Follow people who regularly workout and good luck.
