I hate vegetables... Like ALL vegetables. Any tips to help me get over it?

Sautee them. Season them. Steam them. Try em different ways... that's all I can say

Mix the veggies with fruit in a smoothie. you'll mainly taste the fruit.

I used to heavily salt cucumbers with seasoned salt, now i eat em plain.
Used to eat chopped vegs with delicious high calorie dip, now i enjoy them plain.

I still enjoy sautéed vegs with lots of coconut oil and butter.. As long as i track the calories in not afraid of natural fats anymore.

You gotta start with veggies 'unhealthy' style and transition

Try juicing! Its the best way to consume all the best fruits and veggies at once without worrying to much about texture or taste! Throw in a green apple or two if its extra greens!

Just do it. I hated tomatoes, found out they are REALLY good for my prostate, forced myself at least a couple servings a day. now, I don't even think about it. a friend of mine had the same issue you're having. he tried them until he found some barely bearable ( spaghetti squash spaghetti and eggplant pizza). then started squeezing things in the sauces. pureed carrots, onions, tomatoes and celery. vegetable broth for noodles. he's still not eating raw veggies, but it's baby steps.

Maybe you just don't like the way they're cooked. Try oven roasting or frying. Use seasoning that smells good to you. And eat them with something like rice. Or chicken.
