Mix the veggies with fruit in a smoothie. you'll mainly taste the fruit.
I used to heavily salt cucumbers with seasoned salt, now i eat em plain.
Used to eat chopped vegs with delicious high calorie dip, now i enjoy them plain.
I still enjoy sautéed vegs with lots of coconut oil and butter.. As long as i track the calories in not afraid of natural fats anymore.
You gotta start with veggies 'unhealthy' style and transition
Try juicing! Its the best way to consume all the best fruits and veggies at once without worrying to much about texture or taste! Throw in a green apple or two if its extra greens!
Maybe you just don't like the way they're cooked. Try oven roasting or frying. Use seasoning that smells good to you. And eat them with something like rice. Or chicken.
