105 lbs, 14
exercise 4hrs a day intense + gym in morning
six pack, strong
want to gain weight and muscle mass
what protein do you think I should take or anything to help me?

Eat lots of protien and meat and do things to make your legs bigger or butt not to be weird but stay healthy while gaining wait just dont eat junk

please help me I just want a protein I can take to help me build the muscle instead of burning it off

I take Mass Tech, it has a high calories count. I do a lot of HIIT training and was losing weight,. Using Mass Tech helped me gain lean muscle. In fact any protein drink with high calories, usually mass gainers, will help if you are burning off a lot of calories.
