so when youre working out
do you have certain things you repeat to yourself to help you keep going?
like little sayings, songs, whatever?
because sometimes I want to give up just because im bored in my mind
all I can think of is why am I doing this
Music can help a lot of you find the type or songs that works for you that way you can tone out the idea of pizza
When u see results that is my motivation.
If your bored you may not be pushing yourself.
I have no time for boredom. Sometimes steady state cardio, but after about the first 10 minutes I get into a rhythm.
I often curse at myself tho. That probably helps haha
