I worked out a lot... n now i hve noticed i have a bit higher muscles near my shoulders... i dnt need biceps or triceps.. i just need tone n lean arms .. pls tell me wat shuld i do.. ?
P.S. :- i hve strted yoga n lengthening exercises now..!
I bet you look great. Muscles are good and i doubt you look as big as you think.
99% of the time, the best and healthiest and most beautiful version of ourselves will not match the mass media imposed image of "beauty" we have poisonously internalized. Be strong, be healthy, and you'll be beautiful.
