I have no favorite but usually I'd treat myself to a pretty big meal at Wendy's or something right next to my gym once in a while after I'm done lifting that day xD

no cheat meals for me, i eat healthy like 95% of the day, and if i want to eat something un-healthy i do in moderation! seems to work for me....
before when i wouldnt allow myself to est something unhealthy i became obessed with calories, and my weight, and i would always feel guilty. started to become very un healthy....glad i got out of that!
on a side note, i love twizzlers
