How can I stretch my knees or make them feel better it feels like there is grinding rocks in them i am going to the doctor but i don't know if I'm going before volleyball and soccer!!!!

I tried to put my legs on a wall but it made behind my knees hurt:/ but thank you alot i will try the others :-)
