Hey Guys :)
I have been working out for quite some time and I am feeling like I've improved slightly, but significantly less than expected. I understand that everyone is unique, but I am just wondering about everyone else's workout experiences, for curiosity's sake. I am wondering how long each of you been working out? How many hours do you workout per a week? What kind of improvements/achievements have you made? I personally am trying to gain some weight/muscle mass in my legs and arms. I am having difficulties with this, and to be honest, I have no clue why. So if anyone has any tips or stories related to this, I'd love to hear them.
