I've pulled muscles in both of my legs is there any workouts I could still do ?

Stretching/Yoga would be brilliant for that it will help to lengthen the muscles where they're tight from exercise. Try to warm up before doing dynamic stretches( where u have to move )(Christian s has a good one) and afterwards static stretching(things like quad stretches) e.t.c( where you stand still or sit and stretch) also rest will help the musckes to heal . I hope this helps abd you feel better soon
