How do I get rid of it?

HIIT along with proper diet you will be able to lose it. Bicycle crunches are a good excise along with russian twists. The more you do the better and faster you will be able to lose. Looking great :) keep working hard!

Jay - to lose love handles you need to lower your bodyfat. This can be done (as Bryan says) with a proper diet and exercise consisting of cardio and training your whole body.with weights. Good luck.

Exercise at least 4 times a week. Do HIIT, Cardio, Legs and Abs training. Workout for at least 20min - 40min. Start with easy workouts and increase difficulty each teo weeks :) go girl
