I'm a girl who is 14, 5 foot 1 and 42kg. I would like to try and do morning workouts before school, to try and strengthen my whole body. Do you have any recommendations? I can do about 15 push ups, 5 pull ups and about 80 squats, plank hold for a minute. I would like to do something that will wake me up and let me start well in the morning, but intense to. Any ideas? Thanks.
