I'm a girl who's 14, 5" 1', and 40 kg. I would like to train for a race in February, its just over 6 miles, but it has a killer mile long steep hill. I would like to start training early. I have access to a gym mon-fri except wednesday. I would go on outdoor runs however I'm only allowed outside campus on Sundays, so I have to do it on a treadmill. Any ideas for a training plan? Also ideas for how not to get bored on the treadmill. thanks!!
