I had perfectly toned and last year but now come the end of this year and the are gone, I mean the shape is still there but they are hard too seee, I need some motivation guys. HELP
How about being motivated by the desire to see your and again?
IG that I'd not motivation enough, then what will be?. How about following some people who do workouts regularly and doing some of the things they do. Great idea. Do it.
