Stay away from sugars and bread
Allow rest days. At least 2 consecutively. It'll allow your body to heal and you'll see the results. Drink Tumeric and Ginger tea along with Cayenne pepper. It'll help you detox and clear your system of toxins.

It could be that you are consuming more food than you think. Tracking your food is essential to weight loss. I have found the Lose It app to be very helpful.
