Increase salad, fruits and liquid consumptions. No to sugar, rice, oil, potato and breads. Increase the number of meal but decrease the portion of the meal.

Ye i have but im going to commit to it from now, before I used to workout 1-2 times a week but I am aming to work out the whole week.

Allow rest days.  At least 2 consecutively.  It'll allow your body to heal and you'll see the results.  Drink Tumeric and Ginger tea along with Cayenne pepper.   It'll help you detox and clear your system of toxins.

It could be that you are consuming more food than you think. Tracking your food is essential to weight loss.  I have found the Lose It app to be very helpful.

I use the s health app and I'm happy with it, it gives health tips, counts your calories, and activities like swimming , walking etc and is even able to count my skimble workouts by linking my accounts
check out out,  I'm on it every day , to me it's amazing
