How do i do leg lifts all the way up on my pull up bar

Help me please I've tried everything and nothing seems to work

you mean hanging L raises

you start with hanging knee raises, and hang for 30 sec. at least , keep doing this , eventually you will be able to do it.

Hey.
In order to be able to do that, you need to try other exercises as well to strengthen your core. The suggestions above are great. Also try doing planks, side planks, planks with lateral raises, etc. If you need any more info feel free to message me!
