Well I was thinking Cardio-Kickboxing for maybe 10 minutes a day for 5 days, in combination with strength training...

Pretty Good I think, I noticed my sweet tooth is pretty low! And I only eat Fish, Fruit and Veggies

Only turkey slices for cold sandwiches, only chicken when I'm out and decide to get some from a restaurant lol and I'm lactose intolerant so no dairy
