I need someone to help me lose some weight. I am 16 years old, 5'6 and weighs about 205 pounds. I'm currently in football and I already workout about 3 hours each day (2 hours in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.) However I need motivation to do extra at home and I have goals to get bigger and get muscle. I just need someone to get me a push to help me reach them. It would also be useful if someone would help me get some diet tips to help me reach my goals.

Im 15 and I workout everyday. I wrestle and run track so we both do sports. Let me know if it sounds good

Woah you already work out some good sweat, your dedication is really inspiring though do consult some physician before extending your workout hours, might get unhealthy.
