Need help reducing the flab

I exercise daily..its been two years of my workout burning 800 calories per day on treadmill and I lost 20kgs but the problem is I can't reduce my body flab how to change my exercise schedule without increasing weight?

Look at what you eat. I was in the same boat. Did the Whole30, flab gone. Its not easy at first, but worth the change in your boby.
