Cardio/Body Sculpting Balance?

How much cardio should I do compared to toning and muscle building? I'm 17, 5'5" and weigh about 120 pounds.

That really depends on your goals.

In my book, cardio is unnecessary for most people, unless their goal is to be able to do a lot of cardio.

Yes I agree!!! First time I'm hearing someone say this! Scared to say this to anyone because cardio is very overrated
