Do you have any workout for triceps?

3 sets of 10 (or 5 sets depends on weight of barbell) Tricep Extensions, Bench press 4 sets of 10 (progressively add more weight each set),dips 3 sets of 10, push ups 3 sets of 15( adjust accordingly on how many you can do in a row). That work?
