I need help on how to lose belly fat.

daily workout,,,at least 5 minutes a day,, cardio and HIIT

Well, you'd have to lose weight overall as you can't lose fat in only a particular part of your body. 

So keeping that in mind, I'd suggest being in a caloric deficit, and just trying to lose weight in general. 

You'd have to approach it in terms of what you can do by exercising and also the diet part.

Sure. 

Basically, you need to eat less calories than you burn. The extent u do this will depend on ur current weight and how much you want to lose. Using apps like my fitness pal helps with tracking your calories. 

Fitness wise, if ur just beginning then m ybrdf advise would be to do what's fun for u so that u don't lose consistency.
This can be weightlifting, bodyweight training, and/or running

There's things like high intensity interval training and other concepts, but it's hard to know whether I should suggest them without knowing ur specific goal and current ability. 

Basically make sure ur in eat less calories than u burn and workout regularly. If u need help making a workout plan, that can be easily arranged.

You can learn from YouTube vids by people such as Bella Rahbek (she's pretty good!)
