Muscle soreness

Right I've done some stretches and workouts, my muscles are really sore and I don't know whether to continue exercising or not? I know ice baths help with muscle recovery but what else can I do??? Pls hellllpppppp

Some of my clients swear by magnesium supplements to help with soreness. It's worth a shot! Good luck!

Ya rest helps in muscle recovery and growth. Try exercising every alternative day

Are you drinking enough water? Make sure you replenish your body after a workout with electolytes as well.

A good way to reduce soreness is to do a proper cool down. When you have finished your workout perform stretching and a light exercise for at least a few minutes like a slow jog on a treadmill, walking, elliptical,or bike. This helps remove lactic acid from the muscle. Without knowing how you are exercising it can be a challenge. Most people have soreness when they start exercising as muscle is breaking down and repairing. If you start out gradually this process is less impactful and thus, less muscle soreness.
