How would I get in shape for sports this fall...like basketball soccer volleyball and maybe even track? Plz help...thx

Cardio is key. Running, jump rope, and swimming is great too. You dont need too much muscle for these sports. Muscle tires out faster than fat actually so try not to carry around too much muscle especially for track. Master all the body weight exercises and you'll be fine.
