Back on the grind

School's been consuming most to all my time but not I'm getting closer to summer break I'm back on my training for Ninja Warrior. Thing is I haven't had a consistent workout in weeks, so I've lost a lot of strength and stamina. My goal by summer's end is to:
A. Elbow plank for at least 5 mins minimum
B. do at least 50 handstand push-ups in a row

Any tips or advice would be highly appreciated
