Okay finally after 2 1/2 months of constant working, i got in rut. I barely started working out again last night. After a little over 2 weeks. Why is it if you skip one day it messes you up???

Its completed mental... Set a goal for yourself and work from there. Maybe a workout goal like "complete 5 workouts a week"?
