I know everyone on here have their favourite workouts, but there are exercises you skip all the time... Tell me about your exercise you hate the most :)

WHAAA?? I LOVE burpees :D i had to go to advanced mode and hold dumbbells when i do these now. Try it if u havent. I use 20lbs in each hand..pretty sure u can go heavier. U will feel ur body aching everywhere

If u do spartan race they make u burpees if u missed the spear throw, the monkey bars if u fall n the wall n the rope clame

Anything abs related and I tend to skip stretching a lot. Which after this weekend I'm going to work on both a lot more.

I hate running. But I force myself to do it. I only hate it because no matter how much I run, walk, hike, workout my legs my calves and shins burn out very quickly and then it feels like I'm trying to lift my legs with cement shoes on. The rest of my body says "keep going" my calves don't agree.

I am also on the same page as you corey when it comes to stretching. I skip it even though I know how important it is. It is time consuming.

Instead of running --jump rope. I find that jump roping burns calories half the time. Also run hills &stairs that burns more calories also:-)

Jump rope kills my knees. My knees are beat up from jumping out of planes. Thank you for the suggestion though :-)

Ryan you might want to try running on dirt trails. I have bad knees from air assault but I'm sure jumping out of planes a constantly would do a lot more damage. I was a 3 jump chump. But being infantry my knees took a lot of damage from rucks as well. I love cycling know!! I love the speed and the adrenalin.

I love jump roping as well but if your knees are bad you should not jump rope. Also swimming would be great!

Jump squats, one time I did them and fell over because my knees locked in the air and when I came down they did not unlock.

Any long distance running on roads, as the tarmac hurts my calves and knees (on grass though,  I don't mind running).

Burpees, renegade man makers (but they're so good for you that I do them anyway) and bicycle crunches

I hate doing pull ups, they are good but I can not do much and I wonder why , My biceps are pretty big I have a strong back my abs are cut and I still can not do more than 3 pull ups also chin ups are the same

Abs workout , ,
Really want to do it proper & intense as I have slightly big belly , , but is killing me every time I do it , still am trying to do in 10 or 15 mins various abs workout

Probably push-ups now. Did the 30 day 2 minutes push-up and now I'm hating them had to force myself to do the 30th day.
