I hate running. But I force myself to do it. I only hate it because no matter how much I run, walk, hike, workout my legs my calves and shins burn out very quickly and then it feels like I'm trying to lift my legs with cement shoes on. The rest of my body says "keep going" my calves don't agree.
I am also on the same page as you corey when it comes to stretching. I skip it even though I know how important it is. It is time consuming.
Any long distance running on roads, as the tarmac hurts my calves and knees (on grass though, I don't mind running).
Burpees, renegade man makers (but they're so good for you that I do them anyway) and bicycle crunches
Those damn inchworms.I really don't like.
Definitely mountain climbers
Probably push-ups now. Did the 30 day 2 minutes push-up and now I'm hating them had to force myself to do the 30th day.
V oblique crunches
Rear foot elevated split squats and Turkish getups.
Squats. Thee worst!
What r turkish get ups?
What r mtn climbers?
Try push ups.
Its pull ups.. I try to skip this one all the time.. :-p
