I totally underestimated this app and wanted to tell everyone who's just starting to not make the same assumptions!
Lately I've been doing 3 or 4 of the shorter workouts in a row at home as opposed to heading to the gym for an hour and wow. I'm way more exhausted, and sweat a ton more using this app. I've already reccomended it to several friends.
Everyone in the app community is so nice and helpful and I am so relieved to have found a workout plan that seems to be working after hitting a plateau !
