How much do you workout?

How many workouts do need to do a day to see to are some effect? I do 2 workouts 40-60 min a day and i don't see any difference, stil the same weight. And i stopped eating snacks and i'm gonna start jogging too. Do you guys know a good workout to lose weigh?
