New mommy alert! I'm 20 with a 3 month old that really wants to get back to pre pregnancy size. Need friends and motivation.
I'm 20 s well and a single mom.to be honest,i don't eat a lot most the time, but i mostly stay away from cows milk, and red meat.oh yeah! No pop. I list all my weight i gained, plus more, now just working on getting some muscle mass!
Of course you already know my name.. we are all in the same boat. 21yrs old, 15-20lbs away from my prepregnancy size from my first baby. 5"1 at 146lbs..Doing a Dance Challenge starting on the first. Have 2 babies only 15m apart.
I was a size four juniors before my kids. I want it back sooo badly!! Just got some small 11s and can wear a 10 junior. Was a 16 woman's just after delivery.
My busy mommy diet
Special k bar and light yogurt
Salad / salad wrap
Load it with nuts fruits a little cheese veggies
My fav combo is almonds carrots rasberries jalapeños and lemon juice on spinach
Fresh veggies no dip carrots and string beans are great for this as they are tasty and crunchy
What ever you can get the kids to eat. You can have sugary drink (for Me this is better than in the morning because I'll want sweets the rest of the day if its in the morn)
All water all day. I lost a lot of weight and felt great. NEED to get back on this I'm been slacking bad.
I new to this but I 25, have 4 kids (7,6,2 & 7mths) & I try to eat as close ti basic foods as U can. Steamed or grilled heathy meats no sauces n veg n fruits. I also allow one special in my day :) so far lost 11kgs in 3mths and hoping to loose another steady 20! Going slowly so 1: i will make my goal and 2: so i can tone easily!

I'm 26 and I have a 3 month old. I've lost over 30lbs and I'm relatively skinny except my hip area. I can't fit into my size 11/12 pants anymore. don't know if my hips will ever be small again. Does anyone know how long it takes ur hips to pop back into place? I still feel them cracking and popping weekly.
I'm 25 and I have an 8 year old son (had him when I was 16). I am just starting out and I weigh 176. Goal weight is 125-130.

I just wanted to say that I cannot imagine having a child right now. I feel way too immature for it.
So I really admire all of you for having the emotional maturity to be a mum at such a young age!

Hey :) I'm 18 and my son is almost 2!I can't really help by telling you how to lose weight since I'm still struggling to do that myself . I've only been exercising for a week now,but I'm always here if you need someone to talk to or some motivation. I have Fb,Bbm,What'sapp and Wechat if you have any of those ♡
I'm 22 and my daughters are 13months apart.. before I had my babies I was super skinny and loved my body and now that one of my girls go to daycare it's given me a little more energy and time to work on my body and hopefully get back to how I use to look x you'll get there eventually we all will x
I'm here :) I'm 20 and I have a lil girl who is almost 5 and 3 month old baby boy. I was always athletic exercising is my second favorite hobby next to dancing (don't consider it an excersice, tho I know it is lol) so my determination to get back to pp shape and even better is real powerful! :) exercising is my drug ha, but stay focused and if u have any old photos of ur skinny body look at them and it'll motivate u to want to be in that shape again! N give it 110% every time u workout u will only get what u put in: )

i was 105 lbs in a size 5 juniors before i had my 2 babies. i have a 2 yr and a 2 month. now i am 135 and im working on getting back into my jeans!!! running 6 days a week with some diff exercises mixed in. but im still eating whatever i want. i just have good portion control... its called not having time to eat a whole sandwich bc i have to change a diaper and get my 2 yr old out of the toilet lol
I'm 21 have a 3 yr old and a 2 yr old both boys. I'm a at home mom. Before I had my kids I was 130 I was up to 160 I have lost 27 lbs so I'm at 133 although I want to get around 120 lbs. Im Doing good so far!! This app a double stroller and good eating habits have got me where I am!!
I'm 21 got a 4 month old and 2 year old. Believe me if my lazy ass gets up and work outs so can you. I got down to 125 after my son. I wasn't the small since sixth grade cuz I was always chunky.
