Police Fitness- PLEASE READ!

I'm 16 and my goal for post secondary school is police foundations. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if you are in this program, or you are a police officer, what do you do to stay in shape? Or what do you do in the program. This is my only motivation for working out because becoming a police officer is my life goal. Please, any feedback would be greatly appreciated! :) Thanks! (:

Run run run run run run do SPRINTS then run some more. You'll be in the best shape in your life, I'm 16 as well it's safer than weights and it's builds muscle and is amazing for the heart

I run every few days but its not regular at all, I don't have much motivation after I start. I burn my energy and get bored. I get bored with most workouts very quickly.
