What's your favorite work out and why? i love anything that burns and hurts.. But i would have to say ab work outs are the funnest for me. Other then exercising in the spirit of coarse ;) lol

I like cardio workouts the best they keep me on my toes.

I love running because it's easy and I feel free when I do it.

Yeah,me too. Running is so fun.. although its tiring....but it sure burn fats..

i like doing the 100 second wall sit workout on this app :) it really burns

Woke up 6:00 in the morning eat breakfast go back to sleep till 3:00pm or probably do comatose and wake up next day
