For all full time college students: When do you find it best to do exercise? I am a full time student with a part time job, wanting to shed some pounds. But sometimes its hard to all in a day. Any help?
Last year I would wake up 2 hours before my first class and jog to the gym (which is about 5am.) It worked out for me. I just had to compromise with a sleep schedule and eat well the night before.

I found that making an Excel chart of my schedule hour by hour really helped. I color code my classes and work schedules. If there are blank spots in my schedule, I dedicate some of them to work out.
If your gym offers classes, try to find a class that corresponds with that time slot so you'll be more likely to go.
Also, I try to park, walk past, or get on the bus near the gym. That way I don't really have an excuse not to go in..:)
