Just got the app today and decided I'm giving myself a challenge. To completely tone and tighten everything on me in 3 weeks. Legs, arm, abs, booty, back and shoulders.
I have a 3 year old little boy and before I was pregnant, I was lean and fit at 125 pounds. I made a promise to myself that I would get back to that within a year after having my son. Well 3 1/2 years later, I'm close but not where I want to be. So with the beginning of september, I have decided to say enough talking and start doing. Goodbye to the what's left of the baby fat. Come september 23rd, I will be the sexy, tone, fit, healthy mama I promised myself I would be.
