I've had some health issues with my lungs and I have fibromyalga on top of it. My dr says to start jogging, it will help with the nerve pain. Anyone have any tips on starting slow and keeping the most oxygen as possible in my body?

I started with walking fast at first then jog walk jog when you get better at it jog more then when you get better at it jog longer.
