K, so I'm trying to lose about 20-30 lbs, nd Idk what all I can do, which exercises are the best, also trying to tighten and tone, any advice on what exercises would be best, and what foods to avoid would be great. Thanks. :)

Cardio is your best friend for the goals that you want. Id start there, pure cardio. After getting used to that id add some weight lifting, not heavy , just light weights for toning. As far as diet goes, there's many ways to do it. I'd do some research and see what's best for your lifestyle. Experiment with different diets . Not everyone can do it the same way afterall :) if you need anymore advice just ask me :)
Full body exercises, and avoid fried foods at all costs! Focus instead on protien intake while including a good dose of fiber and dairy in your daily dose. Stay away from almost all fast food places, even sit down places aren't that great until you get into a routine. Get your body use to the things you want in it!
You're workouts should be full body workouts. Include all your muscle groups and use weights when you can. Work out everything. Biking, running, and stationary machines are not for you. You need youre entire body involved in the workout, and those machines will not help you burn anything.
Whatever you do and choose to do, power through the pain and the fatigue and you'll get there. Change up your workouts, but get into a daily routine! Suprise your body sometimes and see how it responds! Most of all have fun and work hard!
Ur tryimg to loose fat k, this might sound crazy but the trick to loose fat is by eating fats, eat healthy fats do not eat trans fat and saturated fats these will leave a mark sources of healthy fats are( almond butter, peanut butter, nutella, peanuts, almonds, walnuts etc...) for the workout part you should do hiit this has an after burn efdect which will help u burn up to 48hrs after u workout and it's really intense you will find a bunch of hiit workouts on this app. Hope this helps :)

Hi. I advice working out in the morning with an empty stomach. It has to be intense and you'll see results in just 2 weeks or so
