Hello! I'm a 24 year old 5'5'' 190 lbs female. This app was greatly recommended by one of my friends that said it really helped her out. So far it has been 1 year since I changed my eating and exercise habits and so far I have lost 105 lbs. My starting weight was 295 lbs. I have always beedn kind of a big girl and a lot of people have recommended I stop losing weight and just tone up my body and build more muscle to strenghten my body. Any suggestions of what I can start with to tone up? Anything will help Thanks!!

Great great job u may be ready to do the full body exercises just watch out  u still have a good amount of weight so no jumping don't want to harm your joints. Seems like you got the food part .down. look under browse than full body. Pick a couple routines than stick with one u like for 12 weeks than rotale a few good luck
