Ab ripper X - cut out breads and fried food - I Know, I know, telling black folks to give up fried food is borderline sin, but if you really want the body you dream of, you gotta make lifestyle changes - eat only lean meats (baked, pan fried w/olive or coconut oil) fruit s, nuts and veggies - no soda, no alcohol, drink water and fruit smoothies with no additives.  It's hard work, but worth it!
