Would anyone like to be my daily motivater I easily get discouraged when someone make a comment that puts me down I just give up I was had been workin out for 3 weeks and lost bout 20 pounds and my dads gf called me fat and I got upset and stopped doing everything.my sister was helpin me as a motivater then stopped when she started partying all the time

I have an entire room in my house with just motivational quotes pinned and framed on the walls. If I everĀ  need motivation I just sit in there and read for a few minutes :)

He must not be dating her for her compassion or empathy. That just sucks. She could have so easily said how great it is you lost 20 pounds. That is mot easy. I will follow and support u thru your workouts.
